Container Conversions
SPEC Corrosion Protection (Pty) Ltd offers complete Container Designs, Layouts, Conversion and Repairs to any 6-meter or 12-meter containers:
Services include:
1. Conversions and repairs:
- Offices
- Kitchens
- Clinics
- Storage (Paint, parts, equipment, chemicals ext.)
- Crèches
- Schools
- Ablution containers – fitted with showers, bath, basins and toilets.
2. The conversions consist of:
- Roof section, IBR or Corrugated fitted onto steel structures.
- Paneling (Melamine and / or Chromadek)
- Electricity with CoC
- Plumbing
- Isolation 50mm
- Transportation / rigging
- Painting (In & Out) Corrosion protection (Blasting of under chassis)
- Whirlybird Vents, chemical vents, louvers
- Water test on all manufactured or welding areas
- Security gates, window cages, Air conditioner cages, blinds, doors- steel or wooden
- Flooring: Tiled, sand & seal or carpets
Control Testing Undertaken:
- Waterproof test done on completion
