ARC PW NSF-61 Potable Water Coating

ARC PW is a 100% solids, thermoset resin based, NSF/ANSI 61 certified potable water coating reinforced with ceramic particles for improved erosion resistance. Its low viscosity and convenient 2:1 volumetric mix ration makes it easy to apply by brush, roll or spray technique. It is typically applied in two alternating color coats of 250-375 microns (10-15 mils) per coat for a total dry film thickness of 500-750 microns (20-30 mils).

ARC S2 Ceramic Reinforced Erosion Resistant Coating

An advanced ceramic composite for the resurfacing and protection of all metal surfaces. ARC S2 is a low viscosity composite that is designed to be spray applied but may also be applied by roller or brush. ARC S2 is formulated for the resurfacing of metal components subjected to extreme corrosive or severe fluid flow conditions. It is normally applied at a thickness of 250 microns (10 mils) per coat.

ARC SD4i High Temperature Erosion Resistant Coating

An advanced ceramic composite for resurfacing and protection of metal surfaces in immersion service. ARC SD4i is formulated for the resurfacing of metal components subjected to extreme corrosive or severe fluid flow conditions. ARC SD4i is a low viscosity composite that is designed to be spray applied but may also be applied by roller or brush. It is normally applied in a thickness range of 250 - 370 microns (10 - 15 mils) per coat.

ARC S7 High Temperature and Chemical Resistant Novolac Vinyl Ester Coating

A low VOC, novolac vinyl ester based, sprayable protective barrier coating for high temperature, chemical exposures where thermal cycling conditions may be present. ARC S7 industrial coating is designed to:

Resist thermal cycling conditions up to 350°F

Resist a wide range of inorganic as well as organic acids and hydrocarbon based chemical compounds

Easily apply by airless spray system

ARC BX1 Contractor Grade Sliding Wear Compound

An advanced contractor grade ceramic composite for the repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to severe erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack. ARC BX1 is formulated with a high concentration of ceramic beads and fine ceramic particles for extremely abrasive environments where metal loss is often repaired by more conventional and costly weld overlay. It is normally applied at a thickness of 6 mm (1/4 inch) or more.

ARC MX5 Rapid Curing Fine Particle Wear Compound

An advanced ceramic reinforced composite for the emergency repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to severe erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack. ARC MX5 can be used either to rebuild eroded metal surfaces or to provide a wear resistant, sacrificial surface which frequently outperforms the original metal, rubber liners, ceramic tiles or weld overlay.

ARC MX5 is chosen over other ARC Composites for abrasion when a rapid cure, emergency repair is needed.

ARC MX1 Polymer / Ceramic Extreme Wear Compound

An advanced ceramic composite for the repair and protection of all metal surfaces subjected to severe erosion, abrasion and chemical attack. ARC MX1 dramatically outlasts other wear-resistant materials by 5-7 times. The composite is formulated with a high concentration of ceramic beads and fine ceramic particles for extremely abrasive environments where superior protection is desirable. It is chosen over ARC 890 and 897 when increased abrasion protection is required. It is applied at a thickness of 1/4 inch or more.
